This information is shared only with employers. It is not shared with any other third parties, unless approved by you. On some occasions we will allow third parties to advertise relevant products and services on outbound employment calls.

In some cases, we will allow partners to send messages to our members through SMS, email or phone. All communications will be done from our end, and they will not have access to your information.

If you opt to receive additional information about any of the products or services offered by our partners during your visit on our site, the partner, at their discretion can choose to send you an email, phone call, or sms. In addition, by opting in you are agreeing to allow us to provide the partner with your name, email, and telephone number so that they can contact you with additional information regarding the product you would like to learn more about.

Employers using our service are asked for their name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card number and expiration date. This information is necessary to process your payment and to complete your hiring request.

Credit card payments can be made through the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information before we receive it. 

Resumes

As an employment site, Emerging Demographics Inc. allows you to submit your resume/information in our database.

By submitting your information you are electing to share your information with an employer, and we are no longer able to be responsible for the privacy of your information.

Marketing and Advertising

We will occasionally share aggregate trends and aggregate user behavior to marketers in order to provide a more relevant service to our users. No personal information will ever be shared.

By submitting your resume you are agreeing and allowing Emerging Demographics Inc. and its partners to contact you by telephone, and/or cellular phone, and/or email, and/or SMS

In some cases, our partners will attach an advertising message to the communication. The purpose of our communications will generally be related to employment opportunities. We will also occasionally transmit independent messages from our partners.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

In the event that we change our privacy policy, the new document will be 
available under the "Privacy Policy" link on our website. The terms become 
effective as soon as they are posted on our website. It is the sole 
responsibility of every user to review the latest privacy terms. You can 
remove yourself from our database by emailing

In the Event of an Acquisition

It is possible that in the future Emerging Demographics Inc. could be 
acquired or merges with another company. In such event, the resulting
 company will have access to all of Emerging Demographics' user

We kindly request that children under 18 do not enter any information on our site.
